The above production line enables a one-stop, fully automated process for edible mushroom raw materials—from mixing and bagging to ring application, capping, conveying, and shelving (optional). This significantly reduces labor costs. Additionally, the corresponding production line can be customized according to customers' daily output requirements and specific needs.

Product Configuration Instructions:
1. The mixer is equipped with a nationwide warranty-compatible hardened gear reducer, offering a load capacity 7 to 8 times greater than standard reducers, ensuring long service life and minimal noise. Additionally, the mixer features an innovative double-helix structure—both inner and outer spirals—that enables materials to circulate and be transported in concentric layers, significantly reducing mixing time while achieving more uniform blending. This design makes it ideal for efficiently mixing various types of edible mushroom ingredients.

2. The scraper conveyor features nylon scrapers, which are less prone to deformation and can handle a larger material load; it also uses heavy-duty chains that are highly resistant to breakage.

3. The upper conveyor is equipped with a dual-spiral feeding system (automatic feeding and automatic return), and the length, as well as the number of discharge ports, can be customized according to daily production requirements. This system enables the mixing, conveying, and distribution of edible mushroom raw materials.

4. The fully automatic bagging, capping, and basket-filling integrated machine is suitable for cultivating short-bag mushrooms such as almond mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, deer antler mushrooms, showy mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. It features PLC and servo motor technology for fully automated control. Two optional bag-feeding methods are available: standard cut bags or roll-fed film bags. The machine simultaneously loads two bags at once, significantly boosting efficiency while maintaining minimal weight variation in the mushroom packs. Additionally, the packing tightness can be automatically adjusted via the intuitive touchscreen interface according to customers' specific requirements, ensuring convenient operation.
