Product Description:

The above production line enables a one-stop, fully automated process for edible mushroom raw materials—from mixing and bagging to ring&cap fixing, conveying, and loading. This significantly reduces labor costs. Additionally, the corresponding production line can be customized according to customers' daily output requirements and specific needs.

Product Configuration Instructions:
1. The mixer is equipped with a nationwide warranty-compatible hardened gear reducer, offering a load capacity 7 to 8 times greater than standard reducers, ensuring long service life and minimal noise. Additionally, the mixer features an innovative double-helix structure—both inner and outer spirals—that enables materials to circulate and be transported in concentric layers, significantly reducing mixing time while achieving more uniform results. This design makes it ideal for blending and mixing various types of edible mushroom ingredients.
2. The scraper conveyor features nylon scrapers, which are less prone to deformation and can handle a larger material load; it also uses heavy-duty chains that are highly resistant to breakage.
3. The upper conveyor is equipped with a dual-spiral feeding system (automatic feeding and automatic return), and the length, as well as the number of discharge ports, can be customized according to daily production capacity. This system enables the mixing, conveying, and distribution of substrate.

4. The fully automatic bagging, ring&cap fixing, and bag loading machine is suitable for short bag system such as eryngii,pleurotus geesteranus,oyster,antler mushroom,enoki mushrooms etc. It features PLC and servo motor technology for fully automated control. Two optional bag-feeding methods are available: standard cut bags or roll-film bags. The machine packs two or three bags simultaneously, significantly boosting efficiency while maintaining minimal weight variation in the mushroom packs. Additionally, the packing tightness can be conveniently adjusted tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
5. The loading machine can replace manual labor in moving and placing baskets onto troley. It features high precision and excellent guiding performance thanks to its linear guide rails. The platform’s lifting and lowering are precisely controlled by a dual-positioning system—combining photoelectric sensing with encoder-based distance measurement—for even greater accuracy during the lifting process.
The adjustable push-cart mechanism uses a motor paired with synchronous gears to drive a rack, complemented by linear guide rails for smooth guidance. This ensures stable pushing force, consistent speed, and an extended service life.
